Refund policy

We offer easy returns within 14 days after the delivery date.

Eligibility:
Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including box, tags, and pouches.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Missing parts or packaging will prevent the courier from picking up the item.

Returns for Change of Mind:
Orders returned for no reason or just changing your mind are allowed, but are subject to return fees, paid by the customer.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees arising from the return or exchange, including to and from the destination.

Defective or Faulty Items:
If there is a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or repaired, you will receive a full free refund.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued within 2-4 days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
